The owner of this badge successfully completed the Ceed Learning Blended Learning Masterclass. During this 6-week virtual programme, badge owners displayed the required competencies for effective blended learning solution design. The badge owner, together with peers, presented their final design to a panel of learning professionals and business stakeholders for evaluation. On completion of the presentation, this badge was issued to the recipient. To earn this badge, the recipient displayed competence in the following areas: 1. Applying the latest processes associated with designing a blended learning programme 2. Conducting learning needs analysis referencing current learning needs and adult learning preferences 3. Collaborating with peers to design an architecture for a specific blended learning programme based on best practice 4. Building a personal learning network using social media to support their learning
